Brilliant!
I saw this being used on one of the shopping channels and then again in a tutorial on YouTube. It's brilliant to work with. It's soft and pliable, fusible on one side but not so tacky that it ruins your iron. It gives structure - I used it for a tote - and it goes through the sewing machine with ease. I love it. It's a bit thick for some projects but it may come in other thicknesses. I'll have to investigate!

New product for me
Easy to sew. I followed a tutorial and made a lovely bag. The foam stabiliser is large enough for two bags. Watch it does not stick to your iron.

excellent product
This product is great if you want a very firm stabiliser. I used it for a bag and the sides support themselves. It gives a very smooth finish - no puckering. Have bought several times - it is expensive, but effective and sews easily if you lengthen your stitch a little and use a jeans or leather needle with a sharp point.

Fusible Foam Stabiliser
After using thick iron-on interfacing, along with wadding for my bags and other large projects, I thought I'd try some of this out...
I made a clutch bag, and the results were MUCH better. Greater shape, and a better looking, more proffesional finish.
The only reason I have not given it 5stars is the price- It doesn't work out cheap if used when selling your items.
However, I will 100% be buying more of this stuff!

Ready to make a new bag
This is ideal for making bags and purses. Although you can buy pre cut pieces in packs this allows you to chose your own project.
I like the single sided fusible Bosal, its very easy to use and gives a great professional finish. This is my second pack and I would recommend this item for craft. Easy to use and its pretty good on price too.

Just what I needed
Making my first quilted bag, naturally I musjudged the amount of Bosal required. I'd never heard of bosal before this!
So Hobbycraft sprang to my aid, ordering exactly what I needed in store as rhey were out of stock.
Bosal is easy to use: no problem to cut or sew and does not snag. Perfect for project which need a bit more structure.

Gave a good finished product
Never having used this before I did find it hard to distinguish which side was the fuseable one, I had to experiment, once I worked this out it was a good product. I machine sewed through it with ease, I used it with tweed outer and cotton lining to make a bag to hold crafts. Very pleased.
