You can view your Hobbycraft TV order history on your Hobbycraft TV account page until 30th June.
Your TV account is separate to your Hobbycraft.co.uk account, and any orders made directly through Hobbycraft.co.uk or the Hobbycraft app can be viewed within your account at any time.
You can download any digital files you’ve purchased from Hobbycraft TV from your account page, and you have until 30th June to do so. Once saved to your own device, you can continue to access them for personal use.
All information about your order can be accessed on your Hobbycraft TV account page.

Yes. If you already have an online account on Hobbycraft.co.uk or the Hobbycraft app using the same email address, you will still be able to access your voucher on your rewards page.
If you don’t currently have an account on Hobbycraft.co.uk or the app, you’ll need to sign up using the same email address as your Hobbycraft TV account before 30th June to access your voucher and continue earning rewards.
All credit redemptions expired on 27th May 2026, so you would not have any outstanding credits.
