Perfect service, perfect store manageress
I purchased this item on line and paid for it. As instructed I chose my branch of Hobbycraft (Harlow) and went to collect. Very busy but store manageress searched for my order without success. She then rang customer service-bad connection. Bless her she then used her own phone for me to talk to them. Still no sign of my order so the same lovely lady took one from stock and I had it without further payment. What a service I said that I would contact Hobbycraft and sing her praises!!
