Rated 3 out of 5 by Marshy17 from Sturdy box but clasps not great This is a good little box made of rigid strong clear plastic with non moveable compartments. It was just what I wanted for sorting my beads as the ones with moveable compartments sometimes flex and end up mixing up my small beads. The only down side is the closures/catches. They will slide completely off when the box is open. They are tighter when the box is closed and my box has never come open accidentally, but then it does tend to just sit on a shelf. How good it would be if you had it in a bag and were moving around I can't say. For what I wanted, it is just the job and a good price. I would buy again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by PALx from Great product ruined by unremovable stickers I know its a "jewellery box" because that's what I bought. I know its from Hobbycraft because that's where I bought it. I know its "ideal for beads ..." because I already have a number of these same boxes that I use for that very purpose. But the old ones weren't ruined by advertising stickers. The whole point of these boxes is that you can easily see the contents. Having very carefully tried 3 different ways to remove the stickers (soapy water, glass cleaner and a blade) I now have 4 new but damaged boxes that I don't regard as fit for purpose as they are not transparent and are unsightly, not to mention STICKY! 5 star product reduced to 1 star (as 0 not an option) and in the bin.

I found a different craft , rather like painting by numbers, but using tiny beads instead of paint. the resulting pictures are very vibrant and colourful and shine with the light. do you sell these as I haven't seen them in the shop? Brenda Dore

Rated 1 out of 5 by Nicky M from Bead boxes some of the first lot sent were cracked then the replacements sent had a large sticker on the front of box that was impossible to remove without leaving a smeared mess! Previously sent with sticker on outer cellophane but now saying they cannot guarantee which ones are sent out which is not good enough as I have been buying these from hobbycraft for years when they could get it right, will be shopping somewhere else in future unless they can send correct ones out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LuloHill from Perfect storage solution Absolute lifesaver for getting all my jewellery findings and seed beads sorted out and in the same place. The partitions between the sections in the storage boxes go right up to the lid, so tiny items (seed beads, crimp beads, jump rings, etc) don't escape from one compartment into another. The box locks shut so that the lid doesn't ping open at the worst moment, and the lid is crystal-clear plastic, so you can see absolutely everything in there, no trouble. I will definitely be buying more of these, and sorting out the rest of my jewellery-making supplies.

When the lid is on, the beads stay in their own compartments even if the box is on its side or upside down, which makes it good for taking to classes etc. A good price too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Trimag from Perfect for seedbeads The compartment dividers are solid - so the beads stay where you put them. Closing the case is by two simple slide catches. You can turn the box upside down and the beads stay put. Great value for money too. Highly recommend.
