Delicious and simple to make birthday cake!
Easy to follow instructions, good value and a lovely cake at the end of it that everyone enjoyed. Serves about 8 decent slices.

Nice tasting slightly dry
Used this mix to make a cake for my father's 70th.
Followed the instructions and cooking time.
Found cake to be slightly dry but tasted very nice and worked well with the vanilla butter cream that is recommended to go with the mix.
Overall very nice but lost a star as due to slight dryness much harder to ice the cake with the butter cream.
Everyone who tried the cake said it tasted lovely and the kids enjoyed seeing sprinkles throughout the inside of the cake

Rainbow chip cake box mix
I made the rainbow chip cake box mix in to cupcakes instead of just one large cake. The cupcakes were so spongey & soft & they smelt & tasted lovely. I would recommend this cake box mix to anyone it was so easy to make & so yummy. I will definitely buy this cake box mix again. I also gave some of the cupcakes to my neighbours who also loved them & they said they would buy some of the cake box mix to make some with their kids.

What a fun cake mix!
This cake mix is extremely fun and when the cake has baked and is sliced, it looks very professional! I made a big cake for a charity bake sale with this mix and topped with hundreds and thousands (also from Hobbycraft) which resulted in a very multi-coloured cake! Ideal for a children's party cake also. It looks like you have gone to a great effort when it was in fact very simple to mix. Brilliant!

Just what I needed
I needed a big cake to make into a swimming pool scene for my grandsons 6th birthday party( at a swimming pool) I thought the rainbow effect would make it extra fun! Im not a reliable cakemaker so thought a mix was more likely to guarantee success! My daughter said it would cost about £100 to buy similar. I think I did ok. My other daughter decorated,she's much more talented!

Soo yummy
This cake mix is so nice, yummy and light. Easy instructions to follow, and gives you the option to make in to cupcakes as well as a big cake. The rainbow chips are vibrant in colour and add a bit of wow. All the family enjoyed the cupcakes and didn’t even know it was a boxed recipe.

Love going into hobby craft there stuff I'd great and cheap the staff make you welcome everytime you go in would recommend hobby craft to anyone that asks me me and the wife love the place we get our son Arthur's stuff from here for has baby garden

Tastes amazing!
I used two boxes of this mixture to make my mums 60th birthday cake and it turned out brilliant! The sprinkles are still so bright and you can see them clearly through the sponge once cooked! Will definitely buy again
