Not very robust.
I purchased this to make a wreath for Easter with wool Pom Poms.
I had almost finished winding wool around the frame, which was time consuming.... when I noticed that the metal solder joint had broken! The project literally fell apart. I was unable to salvage the frame and so I had to throw it away.
I initially thought that this would be great for the job, as it is lightweight and would make hanging up the finished product easy. Unfortunately this frame was not up to the job.
I don’t live close to my nearest store, so return wasn’t feasible. The wreath ring had to be thrown away. Waste of time and money in this instance.
I wouldn’t purchase again.

Thinking outside the wreath.
Wreaths? Oh, that’s what it’s meant to be for!
Well, I’ve used these in strengthening hats, clock faces and all sorts of stuff where big round bits of wire are needed.
Jolly useful bit of kit for the Heath-Robinson makers of the World!
Don’t leave Hobbycraft without one, or two!

The wreath rings serve their purpose well.
last year I bought similar wreath rings from a craft supply company and was disappointed with them, I had to throw a few of them away as they broke at the welding joins very easily. Your wreath rings have been very reliable and have proven to be strong and I m pleased with the results of my wreaths which I have made up for sale at a charity event.

Not just a wreath!
I actually used this as the 'halo' of a baby mobile. Strong and perfect for the job. I crocheted some flowers and vines around it, then hung crocheted hearts from it and attached yarn to the four posts on the ring. Does the job perfectly.
