Neat and compact machine, just use flat pouches.
The laminating machine works well and meets my needs. It’s smart and compact, heats up quickly and the sheets go through at a nice steady pace. The laminating pouches that come in the box are unusable though. The edge that feeds through the laminator first wasn’t flat and therefore didn’t feed through the laminator properly and crumpled inside, ruining the work that was being laminated.

Compact
Not very happy with it. There weren’t any laminating pouches in the box. I wanted to try out the different thicknesses. Fortunately I had bought a pack of pouches. The first time I used it, the pouch jammed and came out completely zigzagged. I’ve done 2 further laminations and the top left corner curls and doesn’t lie flat.

Doesn't eve heat up
I bought this product two weeks ago for some home learning with my son. I took it out the box today to use for the first time and it won't heat up despite being plugged in and powered up for over an hour. Very poor product and can't even use it once

Great product
Very easy to use, laminated my favourite recipes that were getting a little worn. Just need to make sure you put the sheets in level to stop them creasing. Very good value for money.

Useless!
I bought this item a while ago now, should have returned after first use. Think I've had it to long now! Does not feed through without crumpling the pouch and sheet within it, rubbish product! Heats up ok, unlike other reviews.
Had a Texet laminator before this, never had a problem
