Very interesting item
It is like having 10 canvas boards in one place
It's easy to carry
The quality is good for oil painting and it's a good medium size which makes it easy to carry around
The price was also reasonable
It is a slick drawing board to carry around
My friends at art school were very impressed and I recommend it to them.

Nice surface
I bought this pad in-store and had to leave a review telling everyone how amazing it is. I'm a beginner working in acrylic and have used cheap acrylic paper before. I didn't want to progress to canvas; they are too intimidating, and secondly, I don't like the look of the 'wobble' you get when you apply paint. I was looking for some board and bought this instead. When I paint, it feels like five layers of paint are already underneath; it's beautiful, and lovely to frame.

Bigger range please
I find H/Craft canvases to be a little cumbersome and expensive. Evertime I visit the store I never find a decent canvas or canvas board. This last visit I decided to try the A4 size pad by Daler Rowney, just perfect for smaller paintings. A larger pad would be better. Unfortunately H/Craft favour Windsor and Newton products so the DR range is very very limited.

Great value
I've used this board for water mixable oil paints and it has held up fine with thin and thick application. It's easy to cut to a smaller size with a craft knife if needed and is a cheap alternative to buying canvases or individual boards. I am now on my 2nd pad and would recommend this for practising or finished pieces.

Excellent value
These are great little oil painting canvases. I bought them on impulse but they’ve turned out to be my favourite go to. I’m relatively new to oil painting and I need to practice, practice, practice. These are cost effective, good quality and easy to carry around when I go to class or paint outside. Highly recommend.

It’s exactly what I wanted
I really enjoy doing more sketchy oil paintings and don’t like wasting expensive canvases so this makes it so much more affordable and it’s really good! Would be great for finished pieces as it’s easy to frame. I really like how it’s got a canvas texture on it also. It’s really good quality and price is amazing.

Good quality, nice texture
Bought this product recently as a cheaper alternative to canvases. They're good quality and I would recommend them, but I haven't given 5 stars because I'm pretty sure you can get the same type of board in larger pieces for cheaper elsewhere. However, pleased with the purchase and would shop again.

Quality
This gives excellent results...I have used it for oils and acrylics and the results have been superb..the paint flows easily on the well made surface and dries without any cracking in normal room temperature.I would recommend this for anyone interested in painting.
