Beautiful colours
Brought this because, although I often embroider my own designs, I knew I would learn something about using more colours in designs and how to combine colours effectively. I also learnt how to add depth with half cross stitches. Was a little perplexed as to why the threads were glued to the colour organiser but that's just a minor gripe that wouldn't trouble most people (I just hate wasting any little bit of thread!)
Overall I am very pleased with this product.

Whilst buying baby wool in the store with my husband, he came across the x-stitch Ballerina Dreams,and as the picture reminded him of our 2 granddaughters he gave me the kit and asked if I would sew it for him,which I am happy to do,even though it may take me thebest part of a year!

Delicate but vibrant colours.
I was immediately attracted to the vibrant thread colours although the overall effect is of very delicate fabrics. There is some top stitching to finish but not too much. It makes a beautiful picture.

Lots of lovely vibrant colours in this kit. Pattern detail is quite small though and could do with enlarging to make it easier on the eye but overall a good kit.
