Incorrect measurements
I bought 10 of these boxes via click and collect as I was shipping items using the “small” parcel with Royal Mail that has to be a max measurement of 45 x 35 x 16cm so I thought these boxes at 30 x 23 x 15cm would work well and had been designed for this use.
Upon receiving the boxes though they actually measure 31 x 24 x 17cm. The post office said I therefore needed to purchase a medium parcel shipping label because these hobbycraft boxes are 2cm more in depth than they are advertised as. I checked to see if maybe I had been given the wrong boxes but the measurements don’t match up with any others.
I want other people to be aware that these won’t work for Royal Mail “small” parcels.
