I have bought 3 of these over the past few years
I've bought balloons (pre filled, and not filled) from hobby craft a few times.
This current one I bought, I inflated at home- or tried to. Realising the helium was escaping from somewhere I realised there was a slit in the side of the balloon. Instead this morning I had to dash out to a different store near me and purchase them AGAIN. This has happened to a balloon I purchased from here before. Another time (my daughters birthday last year) I had 3 balloons (foil ones, not latex) which were filled in the shop. By the time I got home (30mins away) one balloon had gone down almost completely and another was on its way down also. Really disappointed in their balloons and should learn a lesson on not to purchase them from there.
(There was nothing that could of punctured the balloons in the car- they were in their own carrier bags from the shop, packed by the assistant; with nothing else in there)
It could be my bad luck, but it seems too much of a coincidence

Poor deflated in less than a few hours
I had to return to store when the number deflated in less than a few hours. A huge inconvenience but was offered a refund to compensate.
