Sadly too thin for my purpose
To be fair to Fablon it's not sold for this purpose but I've bought quite a lot of Fablon to use with my cutting machine which has all worked well, however this matt white is extremely thin.
I didn't want to spend a lot as this was for a volunteer project out of my own pocket.
So whilst it did cut beautifully when weeding and transferring it it rips, creases and puckers far too easily. I wouldn't buy it again for this purpose.
I didn't keep the wrapper but I could do with finding out if they give a thickness measurement for the material so I can avoid such thin ones in future.

Just the job!
Didn't realise Fablon was still going strong!! Bought white Matt to cover the top of a cabinet. Easy to apply. Made the cabinet look good as new. Would definitely recommend this product.

Very useful product for refreshing old desks
Used this to refurb a dark IKEA desk. Couple of rolls of Fablon, a bit of tinkering with screws, a saw and a drill and I'm happy enough with the end result. I've saved a small fortune and didn't have the hassle of getting rid of an old desk and finding and buying and putting together a new one.

Perfect
Perfect for the mock-up of a large comedy bath plug which I was making. Easy to cut to size using the grid on the back and easy to peel off. And before the glue sets, you can adjust, which I never knew!

Inexpensive vinyl
I have used this product on numerous occasions to produce stencils. Very easy to cut with both scissors or craft knives. Super easy to find an edge to peel back to stick vinyl on a surface.

great all round product
I was looking for an adhesive film to go on glass that I could both draw on and cut a stencil in to do some glass engraving, and this served the purpose very well, with excellent results.

Does what it says on the wrapper! This white sticky backed plastic is now on our kitchen work surface so my visually impaired partner can see the tea/coffee/sugar!
