This glaze is so easy to use! Simply stir it and the glaze is ready for pouring. Apply it in one smooth motion to create your shiny layer. As well as traditional bavarois cakes, you can also use this to decorate a dome cake for an eye-catching finish.

The glaze is clear but you can add your own food colourings to create stunning finishes in whatever colour you like!
