Rubbish
A very disappointed granddaughter made some pots and left them to dry. When she picked them up to paint them, they crumbled to pieces.

Good value for money
This was an inexpensive first pottery kit, ideal for children who want to experience working with clay without the mess and expense of using real modellig clay.

Messy fun
My 3 and 6 year olds have loved getting messy creating things with the clay, lots of trial and error working out how to make parts stay stuck together once dry.
Our only disappointment and the reason for only 3 stars is that some of the paints were rock hard or starting to harden and the pots are very small.

disappointing
the clay crumbled once dried. had a very disappointed little girl who'd waited to paint her creations. followed the instructions and even on the 2nd try, the clay cracked and crumbled.

Pottery clay kit and extra clays
We were looking for handycraft for a 9 year old . were assisted by a young man who was well informed and most helpful. Also bought 2 vouchers for 2 grandchildren which were well received. they look forward to coming to spend, there is real excitement in coming in with your own money to spend. !!!!!

Fun kept kids engaged
This is the best purchase by far. Lots of clay to pass around 3 kids. We managed to create tiny cups, jewellery pots with lids, a hand bangle and more tea cups.
After creation, we left them to dry the whole night and because the kids can’t hold themselves back from the paint supplied. Yep they paint even though the stuff created was not entirely dried up perfect.
But it was major fun. Will buy some more soon.

Disappointing
Found this disappointing the clay part was good but the paint pots very difficult to open and just not enough paint for the amount of clay we made one item and used three pots of paint the colours my grandchild choose but found it hard to complete because of the amount of paint.
