Great addition to wedding invitations
I had 30 wedding invitations to do and still had a stick and a half left. I had a few practices before doing it properly on my wedding invitations as I have never done wax sealing before

Easy to use and great finishing touch
Great to use, super simple. Just requires patience to wait for the wax to drip. Works well if you wipe it out into a wider circle to get a thinner seal. Get some metal tongs so you can hold the candle to the end to get all of the wax! The gold has a lovely lustre on it and great colour - much better than it looks in my photo. It’s a true gold.
Only criticism I have is when I stacked my envelopes, the wax transferred - it’s basically like a crayon! So it wiped all over the front of the envelope below it. Maybe it should’ve been obvious to me, but it wasn’t. One final thing - I posted my envelopes the day after I sealed them and some guests said that the seals had been smudged. Presumably by Royal Mail as they moved through the sorting machines. I wonder if I’d let them set maybe for a couple of days whether this would’ve been better. Just something else to bear in mind!
1 candle did 17 seals for me! Depends how thick or thin you do it but mine were all uniform to my photo so you judge based on that!

Decent for its use
Wax comes in candle form so is easy to light. Can be a bit messy when trying to make a seal as the wax is melting as you are pouring so you have to keep rotating it.
Bit riskier as your more likely to burn yourself compared the melting the little wax blocks you can get.
Candle does about 4/5 seals.

Lovely wax and super easy to melt
I already had the spoon and the pot to melt it and found that it was easier to cut the stick into pieces and melt it in the spoon under the candle. That way i wasn't waiting ages to stamp my invites.

Good idea but!!!
The idea of having sealing wax in the form of a candle sounded good but in reality using it as a candle parts of the wick drop onto the seal as black stain ruining the look for exhibition purposes

This is the first time I get wax seal in this shape and I absolutely love it. It is so fun to use, and the colour is stunning.
