Misleading and a massive disappointment
The packaging here suggests that you can make a terrarium; my kids were really excited by that.
You can't - they don't provide bottle, soil, or seeds. All you get is a few bits of badly-produced plastic joining together a tube with volume markings, a weathervane, and something like the top of an anemometer to measure wind speed but which doesn't actually measure anything. Add a little thermometer and a compass and that's it. It's hard even to get the thing to balance on the top of the bottle you have to buy to use it.
All in all a massive disappointment.

Science Weather Station Review
Although the product offered a good learning experience the thread attaching the product to the plastic water bottles we tried were not the same. As a consequence it would not screw on to the bottles we have tried (so far). The instructions refer to a ‘soda bottle’. Perhaps it therefore was manufactured abroad - USA?

Science down to Earth
This Item arrived, well packaged and in excellent condition. When opened, the Item Box was a little smaller than I had anticipated I admit but all seemed to be an excellent introduction for one of my Grandson's to the mysteries of Earth and Weather sciences, haven't opened the box at all as yet as it is intended as a Xmas present for him and I'm certain it will provide both fun and fascination as well as a great introduction to Earth Sciences as he gets to use it on a regular basis.

Great set for young scientists
Easy to assemble, however will need a small Phillips screwdriver.
A good set for young children exploring weather and science.
