Great reliable thread
I always buy Gutermann thread for any sewing tasks.
This sew all thread is my go to.
It is consistently excellent quality, smooth, doesn’t tangle and it comes in so many lovely colours.
There are several thread types to suit most jobs.
I used the extra thick thread to sew a twelve person canvas teepee nearly 20 years ago for our Explorer Scouts and it is still going strong!

Great quality sewing thread.
The Gutterman black thread was a perfect match for the black felt I used for my daughter's halloween costume. I always buy Gutterman thread as the quality is consistently good: it is smooth, strong and cuts clean without leaving thin fibres. I also really like the little groove at the top of the spool for you to secure the end of the thread to stop it unravelling.

Excellent thread
I love this thread, it might be more expensive than others, but it is worth it. The quality of the stitches on your sewing machine speaks volumes. If you are doing top stitching, or any other stitches that will show, choose this thread. It will make your garment more professional. I definitely recommend this thread.

Always a reliable thread
I flit between Moon Thread and Gütermann thread for bag making. Gütermann sew-all is great - very strong and easy to thread into the machine. It also has no fluffy residue, which is far kinder to my sewing machine! Also great to get this thread in a 3 for 2 in Hobbycraft.
