Very useful for inserting in many items
I use these white pads in all items that don't already have shoulder pads. They greatly improve my shoulder line and help clothing to hang well.

Not just any shoulder pad
I actually used these as part of a no arm hole sleeping bag for my Granddaughter. Its surprising what you can use them for. Good size and thickness
