Excellent book
Bought this book as a gift for a friend who has had her sewing machine for years but has not had the courage to use it.
This book has everything. It explains the sewing machine controls and it's use in a concise easy to understand way. It then has some lovely projects to make for practise using your machine. My friend loved it. Good value for money too.

Great book for beginners
This book has been extremely helpful. As a first time sewer who has had to learn via YouTube and book due to Covid cancelling lessons, this book has been great in helping me understand my machine and understanding the different terminology used in the sewing world. I would highly recommend this book, it also has some lovely simple projects for you to do.

The fabric I bought was excellent quality. The book very good,easy to understand, and very helpful
The book I bought because I had not sewn for years, it’s very helpful and is easy to use.. The fabric quality seems to be much better than I had bought before, loved the the price too. It’s much cheaper than some of the online places. I also bought wool for knitting but I haven’t used that as yet

Knowledge is Power!
I was fed up not really getting to grips with the basics of sewing/toggling between sewing machine and the Internet! You cannot go wrong with this book to get started in the world of sewing! Some great projects included to give you encouragement as you progress!!

Very useful book to have close to hand. Clear and easy diagrams from simply setting up sewing machine to understanding and using different fabrics.
Recommended for beginners to more experienced sewers.

Sewing on a machine
I have had a sewing machine for about 15 years and never really done much, this book is brilliant for beginners even if you know the basics but just need a little help.
Would recommend it.
