You Will Need

Balloons

Scissors

Cardboard tube

Duck tape

Confetti

Step 1

Using scissors cut off the tip of the balloon.

Step 2

Knot the end of the balloon.

Step 3

Stretch the balloon onto the cardboard tube

Step 4

Cut some of the duck tape and wrap it around to cover the join where the balloon meets the cardboard tube

Step 5

Add some confetti to the top of the tube - a couple of spoonfuls is perfect depending on how big you want the confetti shower to be! To pop, pull the knotted part of the balloon back and release.

Your party poppers are now ready to use!
