Bargello is the perfect craft for moments of mindfulness, allowing you to build up stitches in a mathematical zigzag pattern to create stunning decorative items for your home.

Get Started In Bargello
Graph Paper: Create impressive designs with this Graph Paper Pad. With easily detachable sheets and a solid backing board, this pad is a must-have product for Bargello.
Pens: You'll need the perfect pen to mark out your fabrics, ready to create cushion covers and more. Scissors: Keep your craft stash stocked with scissors that are designed to smoothly cut your yarns and fabrics.
Yarn: Choose the perfect shade of yarn to enjoy bright, bold patterns that will come to life as you build up your stitches.
Tapestry Needle: A tapestry needle is essential to your Bargello journey and will enable you to thread a range of thicknesses of yarn easily.
Tapestry Canvas: Your tapestry canvas will be the base of every project. Selecting the right material is critical for the success of your project.
Step 1: Start in the bottom left-hand corner of the canvas and ‘come up’ slowly, catching around an inch of the thread before you pull it all the way through.
Step 2: For this example, each stitch is a ‘count’ of 6, this means your needle will come up through the canvas at ‘1’ and go back down again at ‘6’.
Step 3: Continue with your pattern, ‘stepping’ up the canvas.
