Great model if you put the effort in
Being the first model I’ve built in 40 years (and after seeing some of the other results on the internet) I wasn’t expecting much but, after a bit of research into tips n tricks, I was pretty pleased with the end result. There are some parts that don’t fit together well and some simple details that are strangely missing (like the horn casting) but at the same time, there are some very impressive details like the sprung suspension.
At the end of the day, as long as you willing to put some effort in and do the fettling and filling, I think this is easily one of the best scooter models available to date (and have already bought another one to ‘customise’!)
