Perfect colour!!!!!!
I bought this colour for some cupcakes I made for my grandfathers 88th birthday. He is currently suffering from lung and bowel cancer and I wanted to do something special for him so I made piñata cupcakes with a white and mint green buttercream swirl. Only needed a tiny little bit and it made the most amazing pastel mint green colour and it didn't leave a horrible taste in the cake like some other food colourings do will definitely be buying this brand again

Managed to get the exact colour I needed with just a few small drops of gel. I wanted a duck egg blue so not too dark but wasn't sure that this colour would work on its own but it did and saved me a lot of money buying the individual coloured small packs of icing.

A little goes a long way!
They may seem expensive for small tube but it honestly goes so far! You don’t need a lot to colour your icing! Well worth the money! Gives a beautiful consistent colour just lovely!

Really pretty colour. Used in buttercream for a cake class tutorial. Would recommend projel colours for buttercreams and colouring sugarpaste/royal icing/marzipan very versatile.
