Really nice and soft, easy to use
It was really good to use for making the scarf, the thread didn’t break or filter however there wasn’t enough to make even half the scarf, maybe think about extending the amount given.

Perfect yarn for a blanket
My 10 year old granddaughter is beginning to knit and wanted to knit a dog blanket for charity. So we decided on this extra chunky cosy wool and using size 12 needles she is on her way to slowly making her blanket. We are using 3 colours alternately in long strips and will sew all the strips together to make up the blanket.

This is lovely soft super chunky wool
Although it is reasonably priced and easy to work with, in each ball there is usually a join where the wool has been knotted together. This doesn't look good if knitting some thing where the back is on show, like a blanket.

Great but short lived
The yarn is a great texture but I do wish there was more variety of colours and for the price it would be nicer if it was abit longer but that’s the only downside.

Great for knitting up quickly being Super Chunky
Haven't knitted for a long time and wanted to make my own throw for the back of my new Sofa. Came across this yarn when I went to buy some larger needles from Hobbycraft. Couldn't get the needle size I wanted in Hobbycraft however bought the yarn in readiness. Now have my needles and I am really pleased with the yarn. I bought 2 colours at present and aim to go back and get some in the Pink as well. I so wish they did it in more colours than they do.
Great and the results are quick which is another plus for me and anyone wanting a quick result.

Extremely versatile and durable
Excellent product and good quality material, have only just started knitting and couldn’t have purchased anything better. Great feel to the yarn and very comfortable. Have knitted a scarf using this and will next be using it to make a nice thick jumper. Must recommend for anyone trying to start knitting.

Knitcraft hug it out yarn so soft and cosy.
I used this wool to knit a throw using size 20 knitting needles. I have never knitted with very big needles before so I thought I would give it a go. This yarn is superb for the job. Easy to knit with using large needles. Warm and cosy I used 8 balls to make a throw large enough for the bed.

Super soft and worth the price!
I usually scrimp on wool and buy it 2.99 from b&ms, but I’m glad I pushed the boat out this time! For 5.50 it has made more than double the amount of squares my usual wool has, it’s super thick, soft and durable! Will definately be finishing my blanket with more Of this wool!!
