Painted this up as a chest to hold three game of thrones style dragon eggs I made as a gift. They loved it! It was a massive hit. Great price too.

A great keepsake box
Bought this to house my son's gamevoy and games as he has a habit of leaving things laying around. The box was the right sort of size. It did take a lot of coats of paint to get the finish I wanted, but in retrospect a spray primer might have made it easier. The inside was finished in the felt like material hobbycraft also sell.

Great product for the uncreative kind!!
My son was tasked to make treasure for his school project. Anything arty causes me much anxiety and beads of sweat upon my brow. This treasure chest carcass was a great starting point and my son was able to make it his own with very little arty intervention from myself!! A win win!!

Rough around the edges
Fairly sturdy, but the outer layer frays at the joins quite easily so I'd advise giving it a glue-wash or something before using it.

Lovely sturdy chest for 3 year old
Lovely sturdy chest bought as crafty birthday present for 3 year old grand daughter.
I painted it several times over with metallic purple acryllic paint as a waterproof base. Stunning.
Bought several self adhesive gems and blingy stickers for her to decorate as she wished

Wonderful gift box
I bought this box to put in hand made gifts for my mum. It has a good height with having a domed lid and enabled me to place protective wrapping around the items.
Additonally, it was nice and solid. The lid operated well too.
Overall, this is a really nice box.

Large cardboard chest
I purchased the chest for my daughter . She absolutely loves art and creative activities . She wanted to decorate it for he dad's birthday and fill it with little presents she'd chosen . It was ideal for a personal present . Her dad loved it .
