Warning - unsecured battery compartment!
I needed safe candles for a children's craft. I chose these ones because, according to the picture above, the battery compartment is secured with a screw.
However, the ones I got today turned out simply to have a clip in battery cover. This makes it dangerously easy to remove the battery, increasing the risk of it being swallowed.
Presumably the design has been updated, but the packaging kept almost identical.
My husband picked these up for me in store without realising the problem. Once the old stock has all gone, I'm sure the new improved candles will be a great buy. But if you definitely want the safer version, best to go in store and check them for yourself!

Beautiful Tea Lights, well worth the price!
Beautiful Tea Lights can be safely used around the home, bedroom, garden and bath. Gives a flickering effect as if a real lit tea light!
