Natural tones
Paint sticks aren't great just for kids. They're perfect for drawing on location, especially if you enjoy mixing media, layering pencils, Neocolors etc. Not to mention that sometimes it's fun to deliberately draw with chunky materials to surprise even yourself. These have lovely beige and brown tones that actually work well for neutral backgrounds, covering larger areas and landscapes. Definitely recommend.
