I was really impressed with the finer details with the shields and the string for the sails. We needed a Viking ship for a window display and it was really lightweight and easy to paint. It seemed a bit expensive at first, but we’re extremely happy with the purchase and can see us reusing this for years to come!

Used for Viking topic with my Year 4 class and great stimulus and model for creating their own versions. Durable and sturdy enough to be passed arou d many pairs of little hands. Worth paying the price for a good model.

A small group of children enjoyed painting it and researching what the sail might have looked like. The only downside is that the base is quite narrow, so it isn’t very stable and often falls over if not propped against something.
