Shimmery pink
Husband bought me the paint your own pig money box for Christmas, yes from the children’s section - why not. Took a couple of coats of pink acrylic as the base, then the same again with this paint on top. Beautiful pink shimmery finish.

This product is extremely good quality it’s very nice and shimmery I added some silver glitter from Hobbycraft as well. That makes it amazingly glittery

Gorgeous shimmer colour

Pink and shimmery - what's not to like?
My two grandsons both love pink and are delighted to be able to create a picture for their mum on Mothering Sunday. Hobbycraft paint has an excellent consistency and is easy to apply. Coverage is good and the colours are bright, not watery. The half price offer made it particularly good value.

Not very stable when dry
This is probably good on paper but on a coloured card I found it needed multiple coats. This would not have been a problem it it were for the fact that even after 24 hrs a second coat seems to dissolve the first coat and creates a patchy effect. I mixed with PVA to make it stable.

Not what we hoped
I’m not sure whether it is our expectations or not but we didn’t get the effect we were hoping for. It paints nearly clear and you can barely see any shimmer. It looks very attractive in the bottle but doesn’t deliver that as far as we are concerned.
