Awful
This product needs an overhaul. As others have moaned about, the letters need to be broken up as they come stuck together. This isn't an issue but you then have to trim every letter and number individually of the little tabs that hold them together when they are manufactured. It is a painful process when in a factory mass producing them, having a machine to cut them up would be relatively easy. Even when the letters are trimmed they don't always fit into the holder. This is the worst things I have bought in ages. I never write reviews but had to for this to warn others off buying it. I've now got to get a nail file or something to make them slightly smaller so they actually fit in the holder. Poorly made and a pain in the backside.

Nice little set.
I like this product, the down side for me, was you have to cut the individual letters from the plastic that holds them altogether (obviously how they come from the manufacturer). You have to make sure you cut them off and leave no little bits on there or they won’t slide in and out of the holder. I have managed to use them, they leave a nice clear image on the fondant, but there was no instructions and a couple of times I had the letter round the wrong way, so I would suggest having a spare piece of fondant to practice on first. But they weren’t expensive and do the job they’re meant too.

Good for the money
The stamps leave nice, clear text which is easy to read and are a good size for cookies. I used them to create two-in-one nameplace/wedding favours, of which they were just right for. The downside is all the letters come joined together with a hard plastic which has to be cut individually, which is quite time consuming. If you leave a tiny bit of plastic attached to the letters they won’t fit in the message holder. There is also no way of storing them in alphabetical order once you’ve finished with them, so each time I use them I have to re-order them as they are loose in the storage tray and get mixed up. For the low price (£4) I suppose you can’t expect much more though and they are good value for the price paid.

Brilliant wee biscuit stamps
I needed something to make personalised biscuits (best using fondant) and these imprint letters are great. There is a bar to add the letters to in order to keep them straight but a steady hand works too. Only letter/sign I thought was missing was a hashtag. Fab tools to add to my ever growing bakery box!

Excellent product
My 10 year old daughter chose this product and she absolutely loves personalising her cookies with it. The printing quality is excellent and the system is really flexible and works really well. Excellent product and I highly recommend it!!

Excellent value.
I bought one of these to write on icing on a biscuit. The only problem I had was I needed to buy 2 sets as there were not enough of one letter I needed. It is a good price so this was not an issue and I can now use it for numerous things.

Nice finish but hard to set up
The finish is great on these letters but they take a long time to set up and are quite fiddley. First you have to find the letter and snap it off, then cut off plastic tabs so it fits the holder. Pushing the letters in and getting them out can be quite difficult depending on how well you managed to trim the letter initially, I ended up with sore fingers a few times so not idea if you have dexterity problems. Another holder would be useful or double lined one. Can't moan too much as product was cheap but it could be much better with a few adjustments
