Terrible
I used the navy blue to knit a Patons navy and white striped top. The navy bled into the white as I knitted it really badly and this was before I had blocked or washed it. Very disappointed

Colour bleeds, not machine washable.
I’ve just finished crocheting a shirt that took me 2 months to make. I was just starting to block it, so I ran it under some luke cold water and the blue ran onto the white in the shirt. I’m incredibly upset.

Beautifully Smooth Cotton Yarn
I pur chased this yarn to knit a lace edging on a summer dress I made which came up too short! This yarn, although a DK is beautifully fine, tightly spun and has an almost glossy feel to it. It isn't drying to work with as other cotton yarns can be and is a joy to knit. The lace edging is turning out lovely with a good texture and even quality. Fine enough to use as a heavyweight lace and thick enough to use as bed sock yarn. Highly recommended!

Super to crochet with
Have tried various makes of cotton yarn for crocheting with over the years, and have to say that to date, this has to be the best I have used. Very little splitting, soft and extremely comfortable to hook with. Have washed it and found that it hasn't lost its shape at all with a lot of cottons do. No colour loss either so all in all excellent for use for making baby clothes which will be washed very frequently.

Good value for money
I like using cotton yarn for children’s sleeveless jumpers and this is perfect for spring/summer. The yarn is a little thinner than the usual DK yarn but this makes it better for the warmer months. However it still provides a warmer, comfortable extra layer for early mornings and evenings making it popular with my grandchildren.

Yummy yarn for cracking crochet
I think I’m in love!!!
I have a thing for squishy but I usually avoid cotton. This has such an amazing silky quality that I was excited to find it and even more happy to see it working up so well.
This is most definitely on my squishy love list!

Crochets up well
Crocheted a bag with this yarn. Using a 4mm hook it worked really well for the zig-zag pattern of trebles & chains, and it created a sturdy base with doubles. I would definitely use it again for a project that recommends mercerised cotton DK.
