Such a bright colour
I used this for a white chocolate ganache on a birthday cake and the colour was flawless such a bright blue colour without using much at all! Very good and such good value for money.

Great colour, not gentle on the stomach
Great colour, but made us adults have a sore stomach. Instructions were followed perfectly, and it's my using cake recipe (cooked many many times a year).
