Inexpensive top quality
Wanting to draw with grey and white pencils on black paper, I did a little google search for said black paper. Initially I was shocked at some of the prices asked. So I narrowed my search to my old faithful...Hobbycraft !
Found the correct size and quality that I wanted and was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable price tag.
Got my first white on black drawing completed and am pleased but hope to improve.
One very happy customer !!

Strong solid deep black paper, with black edges
This paper is sold black all the way through and with no shading or warps. The paper is smooth without any grains or pits or pulp. It is a true deep black, with black edges. It tears off the pad easily and without leaving a visible edge. Recommended for GCSE and A level art projects where a solid deep black colour on strong paper is required.

Versatile and good value
Enjoying using this paper with chalk pastels for portraiture. Can envisage using this for other applications. Good texture and quality for a reasonable price.
