Helps to get a straight Dresden plate
I'm a big fan of Sew Easy templates, perfect depth and stregnth to use with a rotary cutter but not so thick that you can't use a pen to draw around it. The hole in the top allows you to hang your templates for display/storage. Hobbycraft price excellent anyway but even better using my birthday voucher- thanks Hobbycraft!

So many uses
I couldn't wait to get this home and start making Dresdens with it! I have made a lion's mane, butterflies, dinosaurs, flowers and many more patterns already. I adore this ruler. I wish I had bought the mini one too. I'll be back soon!

Just what I needed
I was thinking about making up a Dresden plate block and this will help save me so much time. The safety pins are such a good idea, easily fixed in place and hold firmly.

Very pleased
Have used this product, easy to use and precise cutting, if I had one request it would be that non slip dots could be attached to the back to allow easier use.

Not as useful as I thought
I bought this to help cut out a tricky patchwork shape, but using it was trickier than it should have been and I ended up creating my own out of cardboard.
