Timeless jacket for tots
Used this pattern to produce both girls and boys little jackets. Easy knit just a bit fiddly around the neck join. Have made this is both ordinary double knit and the better quality wool all have been received well. Looks better in tonal wool rather than single shade.

Great pattern
This pattern is great especially with the recommended yarn. I changed the buttons to shiny orange which look splendid with that yarn. Slight error in pattern at hood border so redid with WS facing which gives a much neater finish

Simple but attractive
This is a very easy pattern for a new knitter or if like I , you just want something that you can do quickly as a gift . The Crofter wool definitely helps make it look more impressive and more difficult that it actually is. An easy way to impress your non knitting friends !

The pattern is up to Sirdar usual standard but they miss a trick aiming it at boys only with no buttonl hole instructions cot girls
