Suggestion
The wool I purchased was fine, but may I suggest the following? I love the displays of wool in your store (Sheffield) and I'm inspired with them, BUT finding a pattern to use is no less than frustrating and impossible. Therefore, may I suggest that a suitable pattern is placed near to the respective yarn thus illustrating what can be achieved. I spent twenty minutes the other day looking for a suitable pattern - with no success and I had to cut short my visit because I was with my husband, who got very cross and didn't understand why I took so long. Your marketing is not good.

Soft but too thin
Wool feels soft to the touch so appropriate for babies but it seems very thin, more like 4-ply. I have used size 9 needles as opposed to the recommended 8 but still seems thin, with visible holes. I have knitted a previous blanket in a cream version of this wool. That worked well but the white is disappointing for a wool that is quite expensive.

Good price 3 for 2
Snuggly baby wool is the best softest wool I would recommend to any one. I make lots of baby knitted garments and have used nearly all the lovely colours they have, and a bonus the garments wash well what you need after all the work that goes into the delicate knitted baby clothes.

Great quality ‘cuggly’ wool
Using the knitted wild animals book by Sarah Keen, I purchased this lovely soft suggly wool to make my zebra. Really easy to use and top quality wool, the zebra is complete and I would definitely purchase again.

Brilliant wool for baby items
I love Sirdar Snuggly for baby items. I have washed it in the washing machine, on a wool wash, dried flat and never had a problem with mis shaped garments or pilling. I would recommend you launder your finished items how you would normally wash hand knitted itmes ... this method works for me.
Knits up well and has good structure and stitch definition.Would highly recommend this wool, especially when the 3 for 2 offers are on.

Sirdar Snuggly DK
I have been knitting with Sirdar wools for over 35 years and I can honestly say I am never disappointed with the end product. Sirdar wools wear well and wash well. I started knitting with Sirdar when my children were babies and now it’s for my grandchildren and the quality is as good today as it was back then if not better.

Great for baby stuff
I used this wool to craft a beautiful baby blanket. The wool itself is soft, and lovely to work with. It doesn't tend to unwind as I have found with other wools. The only downside is that if your hands are clean then it doesn't flow through your fingers well so you need to have a little natural oil on your hands.
