Great Product, Poor Handling from Seller
I needed a new blade housing after one year using the Siser Juliet, some of the ball bearings fall out of the inside over time due to prolonged usage leading to a less smooth cutting experience. The new blade housing itself is great, and has improved my cuts.
Hobbycrafts handling however, the packaging and delivery were terrible. The packaging was laden with dust and dirt on both blade housings. The delivery went from Sheffield to Doncaster, back to Sheffield to Yorkshire and then finally to me. Look at the pictures of how my purchases arrived.
