Christmas guess the stich embroidery kit!!!!
I got this and the presents kit, as quick to do projects that could become Christmas presents and generally the kit is good apart from one very significant issue is the lack of readable / usable instructions,. The kit has a good hoop, looks to be plenty of thread, needle and printed pattern, but unless you have a very very good magnifying glass you'll never be able to know what stich to use where. There is no guide for the number of threads to use, it's more of a Guess your stich and where to use it, than a guided kit. Really disappointed.

Disappointing
I bough this at the weekend because I thought it would be a lovely little project to do. However, the only instructions are on the back of the box it comes in and the stitch instructions are sufficient but the details of which stitch is needed for which section of the embroidery is miscroscopic, the instructions don’t even advise which colour goes where or how many strands should be used. A printout inside the box would have been better. L

Fun but not for beginners
I like this kit, very stylish design, good quality, has everything you need, including more than enough thread for the project.
I would say this was more suited to a sewer with experience rather than a beginner because the instructions are very vague and the colour chart is microscopic.
This would be a great beginners kit if it included step by step instructions, including how many thread strands to use for each stitch or if the box had a QR code on it that linked to a how to video for the project.

NO INSTRUCTIONS!
I bought this as a little project for Christmas, however I have to agree with everyone else there are no instructions, how many strands? Which stitch to use? Absolutely massively disappointed. Surely it wasn’t beyond the person who designed it to either print a separate leaflet or put print inside the box or on the box? To be honest if I could give it no stars I would.

Completely useless
This is useless. A shame to make such product, Hobbycraft. I should have looked at other's review. The way the instruction is placed on a corner of the back of the box, just about the size 2"x2". I don't think anyone with healthy eyesight could read at all. This made you think what this company thinks of their customers. Almost an insult releasing a product as such. It's not even the value or price or the item any more.
