A really good sugarpaste
Pretty tough going to start, but once softened enough it's easy to roll and super easy to use. Suited all of my family 's dietary requirements. No cracking and a beautiful finish.

Quite dry and difficult to work with.
I won’t buy this again.I needed to combine 3 blocks to cover a large cake and it is so dry it is virtually impossible to mild together. It would be fine for using one block ( if you have the strength to roll it out) and ok for modelling.It is however not as sweet and sickly as some other makes.

New Icing
Whilst the sugar paste is very good to shape over cakes and does not easily ‘rip’, the final taste is not as good as the Renshaw icing that you used to sell. Even the children at parties did not like it as much.

Fondant is too hard and ends up too dry. I preferrred the Renshaw extra stretch which is now not available.
