Love this Sugar Paste
Love this sugar paste, It is lovely to work with and is smooth with no 'elephant skin'. Have used for wedding cakes and they turned out lovely and smooth.

Not flexible enough
Found this much stiffer to roll out therefore had to use more and make it thicker to cover my cake. Colours was good though

Very good for modelling, but wouldn’t recommend for cake covering, as very difficult to knead and roll out.

Tastes nice and covered well however it was hard to roll and hard to cut once in the cake
