Not sturdy enough
The trouble with this silicone product is that the sides were bent out of shape in the packaging. Didn't look sturdy enough to hold batter. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

Makes swiss rolls easy
I'd never made a swiss roll before and I thought perhaps this would make it easier. It really did make it a doddle and now I'm planning on making this lovely cake regularly.

Easy Swiss roll.
I have wanted to make a Swiss roll for years and put it off because I thought it would be hard. When I saw the silicone Swiss roll tray I decided to give it a go and am so glad I did! First one wasn't perfect but only because I left it a bit too long. Can't wait to do the next one

Great way to make a perfect Swiss Roll or Roulade
Easy to use and works for baking sweet and savory. As with all silicone products have to be careful when using after being ing the oven as retains heat
