Lovely colours but be wary of quality
Bought this yarn to make a baby blanket as felt luxurious and trusted WI name as a mark of quality for crafting. Gorgeous range of colours. However, blanket was washed I am assured following ball band instructions, which say it can be carefully tumble dried. Blanket has warped and the stitches have shrunk in places so that gorgeous blanket now looks limp and misshapen. Absolutely gutted after amount of effort and work has gone into quite an intricate pattern. I have been brave enough to purchase in mustard to make a dinosaur hoodie, my daughter's choice, but will insist it does not cross the path of a tumble drier! I also would think twice before buying again.

Good quality at a reasonable price
Nice wool to work with. Nice colours and good quality. I always buy this wool and the 3for2 make it possible to buy as much as I need .
I make baby clothes for a friends shop and I’m never short of orders , customers are always saying how well it washes.

Great colour, terrible yarn!
Bought this to make a blanket as I loved the colour. However the yarn is sometimes split and sometimes thick, very uneven quality of yarn throughout the ball. All throughout project the yarn breaks down giving a uneven finish. Very disappointed, have bought better yarn in discount shops that are better quality have given a much better finish. Will not buy this again, and would not recommend it to others. See the photo for comparison of quality from same ball of yarn.

Beautiful colour
I'm absolutely in love with this soft lilac coloured yarn, it's gorgeous and very soft. I look forward to making a dress for my 1st great granddaughter in America who's 10 months old and I haven't yet been able to meet.

Love this yarn
I use lots of this yarn as there is a myriad of wonderful colours. It feels very soft and is lovely to knit with. I knit for a Community Group - Nicky’s Crafting Crew which is run by my Daughter. We support all sorts local Charities and Groups who in turn support Homeless, Women’s Aid, Children’s Hospice and many Charities and Groups. If I won the £50 Gift Card I would use it to buy wool and share it with the Group.

ovely coloured ball of wool
The upside of lock down was that I could use up my 2 years quota of hobbycraft wool I purchased. It was lovely to muse the isles of fantastic objects & materials. I needed a small crochet hook to make my future granddaughter's hat. The wool looked amazing crocheted into a hat. The wool was great to work with & didn't split with me using such a small crochet hook
