The wools, which I use are easy to knit with and of good colours.
This wool is both good value and brilliant to knit with. I would recommend it to any one of my friends. It is as good as any of the bigger brands, . believe me, I have tried them all! There is a large range of colours too, what more would a knitter want! I purchased both the pink, black and white and all are as good as each other. My only regret is that there isn't a hobby craft on every corner. Mind you, I always look at the other produces you sell, to someone that is quite 'crafty' the stores are like a sweety shop is to a child! Thank you for being there for all us knitters, crafters, artists etc.
Yours thankfully

Poor Quality
Good morning
Thank you for your email about the pink yarn.
I bought it as I had a £5 voucher and added to it.
I presumed that the quality would be good unlike the yarn I took back to the shop, but I decided to roll it into a ball.
Not only were there bits of dark yarn caught in it and removed with difficulty but every few inches a thread is tightly round the yarn.
I do not want replacement yarn but would not buy this again for anything important.
I think your suppliers need to know and does the Woman’s’ Institute realise that their name is promoting an inferior product.

This product is a good sign of flexibility
This yarn is great to use. As a self taught perseverer of crochet it gives me the flexibility i need to bring about an acceptable end product. I have arthritis in my hands and have trouble with some yarns, some yarns have a tendency to knot very easily and some i have had unravel when using, the WI Premium Acrylic Yarn is very forgiving when a mistake is made it let's me undo time and time again without getting snarled up, it is excellent value for money whether it is for baby or adults and the colours all blend well together, it is like a good potato an alrounder and I will certainly be buying more. The only problem I have is when it is on offer, and I have to decide which colours to buy, problems, problems, problems.

Lovely wool
This wool is lovely to knit with and baby cardigans have washed nicely
Could do with some more pastel shades though as most of the colours are quite dark

great range of colours
The Woman's Institute range of wools are some of the nicest I have ever used. I have been crocheting now for over 40 years since I was taught by an elderly lady when a student nurse on nights. I love the way the wool makes up and it washes well, it is also good for baby patterns.
