Too rough for delicate flower stems
I bought 2 packs of the pebbles to use in the base of a glass vase to hold some artificial flowers. Because of the rough finish of the pebbles, the stems of the flowers, which were quite delicate, were not strong enough to push through the pebbles and kept bending, smooth pebbles would have been better. Wash them first as lots of fine dust/grit came off them when I first put them in the vase.
