Good for kids crafts
I thought the price of £1 for 50 sticks reasonable but then went to the Range and they were £1 for 100 sticks of comparable quality- I was annoyed!!

Poor quality
I bought these for my children to do some modelling with but when we opened the packet, a number of them had holes, chips, splintered edges, one even had a knot hole in. Others were very thin or had not been completely coloured. Took the pack back to Hobbycraft who exchanged it happily, however I noticed many of the packs in the store had the same issues.

Perfect for the job
I bought these coloured sticks to help me with my Tropic Skincare business. First of all they were the perfect mixture of colours and matched my Tropic brand. Secondly I used them to allow my clients to sample my range of Skincare products. They matched my tablecloth so well.

My son loved it
Got these for my son and he had hours of fun. He made stick people, flowers to hang up in the garden and a windmill for his grandma. The price was great and can be used for so many crafting bits. Will be buying these on a regular basis for my sons craft box.

Great if you don't need exact amounts
I purchased 2 packets of these, expecting to get an equal amount of each colour. This was not the case, although it didn't make a difference with what I was doing. The colours are bright and the lolly sticks are fairly smooth, and easy to write on.

Wonderful colours
A pack of coloured lolly sticks were just what I needed for a beginners weaving class with KS1. They allowed me to demonstrate the technique and little fingers soon got to grips with the weaving technique. Just as you would expect, and good value.

Most of these lollipop sticks are fine, but a few I've had to throw away as they're either broken or deformed so not fit for purpose. Luckily I only needed 30 of the 50 for my project, but if I'd needed them all I would have been stuck.
