Cut fine with cricut maker knife blade
First attempt at using basswood with cricut maker knife blade, software said it needed 18 passes. I used scalpel to cut the strip to 11inches and maker to cut 3 christmas items as a test. 4 passes not enough, 6 OK and 8 was fine. May need more with an older blade but didn't need 18.

Perfect for Purpose
This wood is perfect for use in modelling and cuts easily to size. I would definitely recommend choosing this product.
