Perfect for badge making
This product is really good and suited my brooch making needs perfectly. These are versatile as can be sewn to fabric or glued to plastic. Size is great for small to medium sized brooches. Unfortunately a few of the fastenings were broken (perhaps around 5 in the packet), despite this most still functioned but I did not use them as they weren't of good enough quality for my needs (selling brooches as craft fair). I would still recommend this product for anyone wanting to make brooches

Does the job
I have used this brand of brooch bars before and have been satisfied with them. The price is reasonable and they are strong enough for the felt creations that I make. They also keep the original colour well. Although I have used only 3 from this pack I am happy with my purchase and confident that the quality will be consistent down to the last bar in the pack.

Sturdy but too small and fiddly
I bought these as I wasn't sure if the longer ones would be too big for the brooch I'd made and I didn't have it with me. When I got them home I found the catch to be very fiddly and the pin is quite short. I'd get the bigger size next time. The catch is very sturdy just too fiddly for me.

Not good
I only needed a couple of these, but unfortunately had to buy a whole pack. I know they are not expensive, but they are not good quality, and are awkward to open and close. If I could have tried them first, I probably wouldn’t have purchased. I can’t really recommend them.

Amazing quality
I had bought a batch online ( different suppler) and there was more than half broken, these ones were only a small bit dearer but were perfect and having the close clasp was even better. Will be back for more.

Good quality for value
These are a small size for badges or small brooches and are perfect for either small hands or adult! They were good value for money and are a brilliant quality. Not cheaply made. Secure clasp/fastener aswell.

OK for me. not older members
I hand no problem using these on our hand knitted, crochet, sewn, and fimo poppies, but several of our slightly older crafters found them quite hard to open. I am not sure how those who buy them will manage.

Good product
I adhered them with epoxy to ceramic badges and they’ve all stayed intact and work well - worth noting they don’t spring open like some clasps (which is useful when pining them onto clothes etc.)
