Good chocolate filling
This is one of the better cake fillings by Betty Crocker, it actually tastes like chocolate! It needs to be on the warm side of room temperature to spread easily - if it's too firm it will drag the cake and pull chunks out.

Easy to use
Just the right consistency for cake decorating and easy to spread. I uesd it to make a hedgehog cake. Tastes good too!
