Great design
I’ve never got on with thimbles in the past as they generally fall off at a critical moment or are too awkward to wear in the first place. This is such a clever idea, as the rubber ‘skirt’ hugs the finger without being too tight or slipping, while the metal end is more than able to deal with pushing through thick fabric. No more sore fingers!

Good quality
These thimbles really are the best I’ve ever used, comfortable, practical and long lasting.
I wouldn’t go back to using an all metal thimble now I’ve found these. When using a metal thimble I used to get a sore finger and couldn’t continue with sewing but now I can see for as long as I like. Everyone who sews should try using one.

Perfect fit
I’ve had lots of thimbles over the years, but this has to be the best. It doesn’t slip off as the metal ones did, it grips, is very comfortable and perfect for me. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

good for heavy duty sewing
i needed a thimble to sew a heavy zip in shower resistant material. The rim at the top stopped the needle slipping as I pushed it through the fabric.
