Crafter's Companion Gemini II Die Cutting and Embossing Machine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An easy to use, quiet machine, the slide feet are. I purchased the Gemini 11 from Ashford, Kent using click and collect, the staff were very nice and helpful and assured me if any problems to go back to them for help. I needed to replace my manual die cutting machine with an electric one, I have used the Gemini 11 only a couple of times so far purely to try it out as I haven’t had time to put it through its paces, I’m impressed so far, it’s quiet, smooth running and cuts well, I only had a problem with one intricate die just added a shim and it cut perfectly, So far I’m pleased with the outcome and hope it performs well when I put it to work. Nearly forgot!! The slide feet make a big difference when using the machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Machine Brought this to replace my Gemini junior as I needed something that would cut larger dies. This machine lives up to its reputation. It cuts intricate dies easily. Although the new plates do mark they are much thicker. The glide feet are a plus as I can easily move it around my table. It be is much quieter than my old machine and cuts quickly. The USB ports are a bonus for plugging in my craft lamp, I-Pad etc. very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced and disappointing. I returned this a few hours after buying it. I passed some thin dies through for a practice run and the metal shim literally curled up! One of my dies was completely embedded in the plate and others were bent out of shape. The machine does not feel substantial enough to warrant the price of £230. I will stick with my Big Shot Plus which I've had for years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from False claims by crafter companion in its features The plates are bending after just 2 passes. The power lead is rolled up and has a break in it somewhere as it must have been stored for some time. It is noisier than expected and due to excess pressure it damages card and tears delicate die cuts

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant die cutter and embosser Having had various machines, this has to be the best die cutter and embosser I have used, totally blown away with how good it cuts

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely machine I was hoping that the plates would be stronger than the older model but they do mark very quickly though and are quite pricey to replace. Shame they couldn’t use a stronger material
